Our Deep Tissue Massage Treatment includes intensive massage treatment, designed to cater for all injuries and musculoskeletal related conditions as well as improve muscle recovery.

For optimal sports or training recovery, our Advanced Sports Massage Treatment provides a combination of advanced techniques including deep tissue massage, active release techniques, myofascial cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation - to keep you performing at your highest.

Our Thai Massage - AKA ‘Thai Yoga’ - blends full body stretches and yoga poses with acupressure points and kneading to target the muscles, ligaments and spine. An energising treatment, it aims to loosen up muscles and target tight joints whilst improving blood flow and promoting lymphatic drainage.
This treatment is performed on the floor, fully clothed, on a massage mat.
