Intended for performance minded people looking to invest further, our calendar is regularly updated with one-off group workshops focussed on movement and mindfulness practices, from breathwork to yoga.

The Performance Space x Pro Breathwork

BREATH TRAINING WORKSHOP

  • Sunday 3rd December @ 10-1pm

  • 3 HOURS

  • Join us at The Performance Space for an exciting breath training workshop in collaboration with Master Oxygen Advantage instructor David Jackson and help improve your performance and recovery with the latest breathing techniques used by top professional athletes from around the world.

    During this 3-hour workshop you’ll learn and experience the latest breathing techniques and protocols he currently teaches to both professional and international athletes. The session includes practical application and practice of integrating the techniques within a gym and training environment as well as rib mobilisation drills to help improve ribcage expansion, hip, spine and shoulder movement - so you too can use them to boost your performance and enhance your recovery for any type of sport or exercise. Tickets also include lifetime access to video tutorials of everything covered in the workshop.

    All levels and abilities are welcome.

The Performance Space Presents…

SOUND BATH SESSIONS with Lawryn

  • Friday 27th October @ 19:00 - 21:00

  • 2 HOURS

  • Join us for our first sound bath session in collaboration with TPS and sound healer Lawryn.

    Designed to expand your training recovery journey, this workshop will be split into two - one half dedicated to finding stillness via a series of yoga inspired stretches targeting the connective tissue of the body, followed by a transcendent sound bath featuring crystal bowls - aiming to release mental blocks and melt away any physical tension so you can really relax into your weekend.

    Please note: we advise against attending this session if you are currently pregnant (in your first trimester), have any metal in your body that supports vital functions or suffer from seizures.

The Performance Space x Movement with Nicole

Exploration of Backbending Workshop

The session is designed to strengthen and tone the back core and develop flexibility through the hip flexors, quads, shoulders and chest by using specific drills.

  • 2 HOURS

  • An invigorating workshop hosted by TPS and led by yoga and movement teacher Nicole Driscoll that will explore the fundamentals of backbends.

    The session is designed to strengthen and tone the back core and develop flexibility through the hip flexors, quads, shoulders and chest by using specific drills. Working with these key areas is a great way to release tension and promote better posture whilst building strength and power through the legs, arms and back muscles. It can also stimulate us on an energetic level too. In turn, creating more awareness and joy whilst exploring the movement of your spine.

Splits + Pancake Workshop

  • 2 HOURS

  • A focussed workshop hosted by TPS and led by yoga and movement teacher Nicole Driscoll. Working with the necessary drills and stretches to help you get into the splits and work into your pancake, featuring lots of focus on quads, hip flexors, hamstrings and adductors.
